Danielsson Motorsport confirms SEAT for 2011

Danielsson Motorsport recently announced two cars for the Scandinavian Touring Car Championship 2011. Today the team confirmed the identity of their cars: SEAT León.
“The choice of car was very easy. We have worked with the SEAT León for three years in the Junior Touring Car Championship and we know a lot about those cars,” said team owner Alx Danielsson.

The team completed a first shakedown of the cars at Mantorp Park yesterday and team boss Daniel Edlund was pleased.

“It was a fantastic feeling when our test drivers hit the track with our newly prepared cars for the first time. Everything went according to plan and we look forward to start developing the cars for real,” said Edlund.
