No Tomas Engström at Knutstorp

Honda driver Tomas Engström has cancelled his plans to take part in the Scandinavian Touring Car Championship races at Knutstorp this weekend.
“If we had a shot at getting in to the top five in the championship, things would have been different,” said Engström.

Engström is instead focusing on the final race of the season at Mantorp Park on the 24th of September.

“As we haven’t got anything with the top fight to do, it felt better to put all efforts on the finale,” said Engström.

The Honda driver has taken part in five out of seven race weekends this season with two left and he is currently 12th in the championship.
