Engström Motorsport forced into bankruptcy

Engström Motorsport, that raced under the Honda Racing Sweden banner with driver and team owner Tomas Engström in the STCC this year, has been forced in to bankruptcy.

The company has got unpaid debts to the Swedish government of over 38 000 euro according to the Swedish Tax Agency. A first negotiation between the Tax Agency and Engström Motorsport will be held at the District Court of Falun on the 15th of November.

Engström raced an NGTC-engined S2000 Honda Civic, from Team Dynamics, in the STCC this year to finish fifth in the championship with three victories.

Engström Motorsport was forced in to a reconstruction after the 2009 season.
