Thed Björk and Fredrik Ekblom head second Gothenburg test

Thed Björk and Volvo once again dominated the second test session at Gothenburg City Arena. Björk lapped the circuit in 44.343 and had his team mate Fredrik Ekblom improving a lot from the first session to be second, just 0.067 seconds behind.

Daniel Haglöf kept his impressive form from the first test to claim third fastest time in this session, three tenths from Björk’s time.

22-year-old Linus Ohlsson was fourth fastest ahead of top BMW driver in the form of Fredrik Larsson in fifth position. Robert Dahlgren was sixth fastest ahead of Citroën driver Jocke Mangs in seventh. Mangs improved his lap time towards the end of the session and spun on track with minutes to go, only to rejoin after a burnout in corner three.

Richard Göransson continued his struggle to reach the top five and was half a second from the top time in eighth position. Mattias Andersson and Alexander Graff rounded off the top ten.
