Linus Ohlsson heads three Volvos in Mantorp Park test two
Linus Ohlsson bettered his lap time by over 1.5 seconds from the first test session to top the second session at Mantorp Park, leading three Volvos in the top three positions. The 22-year-old was 0.209 seconds faster than team mate Robert Dahlgren and 0.299 seconds faster than manufacturer colleague Fredrik Ekblom.
Fredrik Larsson, who had to end the first test session after five laps due to a small fire, was top BMW driver in fourth position, with Thed Björk in fifth position.
STCC newcomer Andreas Wernersson continues to impress and was sixth fastest in this session, 0.635 seconds from first position. His team mate Jocke Mangs was seventh ahead of Richard Göransson and Mattias Andersson.
Philip Forsman rounded off the top ten, but had to end the session stationary after the long drag strip straight due to a technical problem.
The session had one interruption as Prince Carl Philip Bernadotte spun off in turn five, beaching his car in the gravel and had to be towed back in to the pits.
