Shane van Gisbergen and Will Davison to race in Bathurst 12 Hours

Shane van Gisbergen, Jonathon Webb and Will Davison makes it eleven V8 Supercars drivers for the 2016 Bathurst 12 Hours GT race.

Van Gisbergen, who has joined Triple Eight Race Engineering for the 2016 V8 Supercars, will return to Tekno Autosports for the endurance race where he will drive a McLaren 650S GT3 with team owner Jonathon Webb and Alvaro Parente.

Davison, who will take Van Gisbergen’s place at Tekno Autosports next year, will drive the team’s second McLaren in the 12 hour race, joined by Rob Bell and Andrew Watson.

Tekno Autosports will represent McLaren in the endurance race, replacing earlier plans of the British manufacturer to enter a factory team.

The 2016 Bathurst 12 Hours will be held on February 5-7th.
