PWR Racing recruit former Polestar executive as COO

PWR Racing has recruited Hans Bååth, the former managing director of Polestar Performance, to become its Chief Operating Officer.

The SEAT and Audi team are fighting for the championship this year against the Volkswagen team of Kristoffersson Motorsport, with lead driver Robert Dahlgren, a former driver for Polestar, currently second in the standings.

”PWR Racing has consistently evolved from being one of the smallest players in 2012 to become on of the main players of the STCC in 2017,” said Bååth.

Bååth will work alongside PWR Racing managing director, co-owner and driver Daniel Haglöf with the development of strategies and operations within the team.

”Parallel to the development of the team, they have built a stable base within the business community, combining the activities of motorsport with long-term development, based on a partnership with Swedish industry,” added Bååth. “I see an exciting challenge in developing this and taking the company to the next level.”
