James Golding and Garth Tander confirmed for Garry Rogers Motorsport

Garry Rogers Motorsport has confirmed their line-up for the 2018 Supercars championship with Garth Tander keeping his seat while James Golding moves up from his co-driver role to a full-time drive.

“I will be extremely proud to see ”Bieber” (Golding) race in Adelaide in just over 3 months time” said team owner Garry Rogers.

“I get an enormous amount of satisfaction watching and helping young people achieve something and that doesn’t just mean race drivers, I get just as much satisfaction in watching a guy like Stiffy (Stefan Millard) develop from a trainee Data Engineer to our Team Manager.”

The 21-year-old has worked for the team as a mechanic and driven for them in Dunlop Super2 Series, finishing fourth overall last year.

Golding replaces James Moffat who is yet to secure a contract for 2018.
