Kasper H. Jensen continues on top as Nicolai Sylvest closes in

Kasper H. Jensen was once again fastest for Massive Motorsport in the second practice session of the TCR Denmark season opener at Jyllandsringen, but this time with LM Racing driver Nicolai Sylvest closing in.

The first session saw Jensen dominating, being close to nine tenths of a second faster than anyone else. The second session had Sylvest closing the gap to just 0.137 seconds.

LM Racing team-mate Jan Magnussen was third fastest, just 49 thousands of a second ahead of Hyundai driver Martin Andersen.

Insight Racing driver Jacob Mathiassen was just as in the first session fifth fastest, 0.671 seconds from the top time.

Jensen’s team-mate Kenn Bach was sixth fastest behind the wheel of his Honda Civic Type-R TCR, with the Peugeot trio of Michael Markussen, Michael Carlsen and Michelle Gatting claiming positions seven to nine.

Madbull Racing driver Kim Lund rounded off the top ten, driving an ex-PWR Racing Cupra TCR, close to two seconds from the top time.

Next up is qualifying, starting at 17:00 CEST.
