Rodrigo Baptista claimed grid position four for Cobra Racing behind the wheel of his Audi RS 3 LMS, just below one second from the pole time.

Paul Holton put his Alfa Romeo Guilietta TCR on fifth position on the grid for PropCar Racing Team.

Honda driver Ayrton Chorne was sixth fastest, 1.282 seconds from pole, with Fabio Casagrande and Guilherme Reischl rounding off the top eight.

A total of ten cars took part in the qualifying session.

The first race of the weekend at Interlagos starts at 08:40 local time/13:40 CEST.
