Lachlan Mineeff makes switch from Volkswagen to Audi

Lachlan Mineeff will switch from Volkswagen to Audi ahead of the coming TCR Australia round at Queensland Raceway on August 5-7.

“We’re just really excited to be able to have a proper crack at TCR in a model that is very capable of winning races and that’s what we’re setting out to achieve,” said Mineeff.

“I don’t think we’ll be winning straight away, but if we can have the progression of being top 10, top five, podium, then number one, that’s the idea and continue to move forward.”

Mineeff, who is placed 17th overall with an eight place finish as his so far best result, will drive an ex-Liam McAdam Audi RS 3 LMS for the remaining part of the 2022 season.
