Martin Andersen confirms TCR Denmark return

Reigning TCR Germany champion Martin Andersen has confirmed that he will return to race in TCR Denmark this year for a yet to be revealed team.

“I’ve had two good years, where I ended up winning the German championship, and then I received a good offer to drive here at home again. TCR Denmark has also become quite strong in the European context, so I’m looking forward to fight for my own national title,” said Andersen.

The Dane last raced in TCR Denmark during the 2020 season, driving a Hyundai for his own family team Andersen Motorsport, finishing fourth overall.

The past two season saw Andersen racing for Team Engstler, clinching the title in 2022 with a total of seven victories.
