Squadra Martino extends deal with Juan Manuel Casella

Squadra Martino will just as last year field Juan Manuel Casella in one of their Honda Civic Type R FL5 TCRs in TCR South America.

“I am very happy to be able to continue in TCR South America,” said Casella.

Casella joined Squadra Martino last year and finished seventh overall with four podium finishes.

“This is a category that I have raced in for two years, although I also did one race three years ago, so I am already a veteran,” said Casella.

“This season hasn’t started yet but in the next few weeks we are going to do a pre-season test. I am already putting in laps in the simulator and I am working to improve what we did last year, which was good but at the end of the season we fell a little. I’m sure we will face a lot of competitive drivers and we will have to push hard.”
