ALM adds additional cars for Spa

ALM Motorsport will expand to run three cars for the second round of the TCR Europe season this weekend at Spa.

The Estonian outfit ran Ruben Volt in a single Honda Civic Type R in the Algarve where he scored a best finish of eighth after retiring from race one.

At Spa, TCR Spain race winner Sten Dorian Piirimägi will make his debut in the European series whilst a third car will raced by TCR Baltic driver Sven Karuse.

Volt was a winner at Spa last season, with then team-mate Ignacio Montenegro also taking to the top step.

A field of 22 cars is set to compete in Belgium, with Jimmy Clairet currently leading the way from Jenson Brickley in the points after both scored victory at round one.
