Vedat Ali Dalokay joins Misano grid

Vedat Ali Dalokay will become the first driver from Turkey to appear in TCR Europe after confirming his place on the grid for the fourth round of the campaign at Misano.

Dalokay has previously competed at Misano in the Coppa Italia Turismo and was also part of the TCR Italy field for two events in 2023 – taking to the track at both Mugello and Monza.

The 36-year-old will be part of the ALM Motorsport line-up at the wheel of a Honda Civic Type R FL5.

“I’m excited to announce my participation in TCR Europe, one of the most competitive touring car championships in recent years,” he said.

“My goal for the remainder of the current season is to gain valuable experience and build a solid foundation for a full season campaign in 2026 with ALM Motorsport.”
