Cimenes, Imberti and Pelatti joins Misano grid

The TCR Europe field will be boosted by three Italian entries at Misano this weekend in the form of Jacopo Cimenes, Michele Imberti and Sandro Pelatti.

Cimenes, who is currently placed sixth overall in TCR Italy, will join Marco Butti at MM Motorsport to drive a Honda Civic.

Imberti is ninth overall in TCR Italy and will race his Hyundai Elantra N TCR at Misano for Kombat Motorsport.

Pelatti took part in the Valencia season finale of TCR Europe last year and will stand in for Felice Jelmini, who has clashing commitments this weekend, to drive an Audi RS 3 LMS at PMA Motorsport.

“I am very happy to join the TCR Europe series here in Misano, especially this year with this amazing grid,” said Pelatti.

“I can’t wait to go back on track after last weekend in Monza, I will give it all and try to do my best with PMA Motorsport.”
