Max Hall announces Un-Limited Motorsport departure

Max Hall has announced an immediate split with the Un-Limited Motorsport team at the mid-way point of the British Touring Car Championship season.

The teenager moved up into the series on the back of a successful campaign in the JCW class of the MINI CHALLENGE, where he finished second in the standings to Dan Zelos last year.

Hall showed impressive pace in pre-season testing at the wheel of his Cupra Leon but has endured a tough run of form since scoring a double points finish at Donington Park during the opening weekend.

A single points finish at Snetterton followed, although Hall would also suffer a raft of retirements – failing to make the finish of six races and being forced to sit out two of the three races at Thruxton following an incident in race one.

His plans for the remainder of the season have yet to be confirmed.

“I’ve made the decision to leave Un-Limited Motorsport and will not be continuing with the team for the rest of the 2025 season,” he said.

“This was entirely my choice. I entered the championship with clear goals and a strong vision for where I want to take my career and while we worked hard together, things didn’t align in the way I had hoped.

“I’d like to thank everyone at Un-Limited Motorsport for their efforts and support during our time together, and I sincerely wish the team continued success.

“My focus now is on what comes next. I’m actively exploring new opportunities and looking for the right partners to join me on what I believe will be a bigger and better journey.

“The ambition hasn’t changed – it’s only grown.”
