Kasper Jensen beats title rival Malte Ebdrup by 0.003 to pole position

Kasper Jensen beat title rival and Mascot Motorsport team-mate Malte Ebdrup by just three thousandths of a second in the final TCR Denmark qualifying session of 2025 at Padborg Park.

The two Honda drivers are alone in the title fight after TPR Motorsport withdrew both of its cars from the finale, including Mike Halder who is holding third place overall.

Former F1 driver Jan Magnussen was the only driver close to the leading duo, 0.154 seconds adrift in third place in the changeable weather conditions.

Hyundai driver Marco Dahl was fourth fastest, 1.8 seconds from pole, while Mathias Dall was fifth fastest, 2.236 seconds slower.

TCR Denmark newcomer Oliver Larsen put his Cupra in sixth place on the grid, 2.343 seconds from pole position.

Magnus Dall was seventh and last, close to four seconds from Jensen’s top time.

The first race of the weekend starts at 14:09 CEST on Saturday.
