TCR Europe confirms 13 entered teams for 2026

The TCR Europe promoter has confirmed 13 entered teams for the 2026 season, stating that it will have a capacity entry of 26 cars.

“I’m delighted to be able to confirm that we have a full grid for the 2026 season, with two months before our first race of the year,” said series promoter Rubén Fernández.

“We had an incredible season, all of the teams and drivers from last year helped us to be able to deliver an incredible show, and with all 28 positions on the grid already taken up, we’re confident we can go even further this year to deliver an incredible championship, and an opportunity for drivers to develop to the next level.

“We have an incredible calendar, racing at some of the best circuits in Italy, Belgium, France, Spain, and Hungary, truly representing the best that European racing can offer.”

Monlau Motorsport is the only team so far to confirm a driver, with Swede Viktor Andersson taking one of the three Cupra seats of the team.

Team Clairet Sport, last year’s runner-up in the drivers’ and teams’ standings, has confirmed its return for 2026, as has 2024 teams’ champion ALM Motorsport.

Hyundai BRC Racing Team has confirmed full-season entry as well alongside fellow Italian entries Aikoa Racing, MM Motorssport and PMA Motorsport.

South Korean team Solite Indigo Racing will return with Hyundais to the grid this year, as will JSB Compétition and RC2 Racing Team.

New for 2026 is French team Herrero Racing and TCR South America front-runners Squadra Martino.

SP Compétition will return to TCR Europe for 2026, having last raced in the series in 2024 and fielded Cupras in the FIA TCR World Tour last year.
