Herrero Racing confirms Victor Weyrich for one of its Cupras
Herrero Racing has confirmed that Victor Weyrich is going to race one of its Cupra León VZ TCR in the 2026 TCR Europe season.
“I’m really grateful for this opportunity,” said Weyrich.
“After some great years in GT, joining TCR Europe is something I’ve been thinking about for a while – it’s a highly competitive championship and I know there’s a lot to learn. I’m happy to continue with Herrero Racing, a team that believes in me, and I’ll do my best to grow with the CUPRA Leon VZ TCR.”
The 27-year-old will make his TCR debut this season, having previously raced GT4 and finished second overall last year in the Alpine Elf Cup.
Weyrich’s team-mate will be announced in the “next few weeks”.
“Victor is back and we couldn’t be happier about it!” said team manager Matéo Herrero.
“We know each other well now, and that makes a real difference. This season we’re stepping into TCR Europe together and we’re not here just to take part, we want to fight for podiums, that’s the goal.”
