Antonio Citera completes Kombat Motorsport line-up

Antonio Citera has completed Kombat Motorsport’s expanded line-up for the 2026 TCR Italy season, racing a second Hyundai Elantra N TCR.

“The goal is to win both titles; overall with Michele and Masters with me. I’d like to repay the trust they’re placing in me,” said Citera.

The Swiss driver made his TCR Italy debut in 2024, taking part in selected races to finish 24th overall.

Last year saw him joining the TCR Italy season finale at Misano in a Hyundai Elantra, finishing 12th in the final race as his best result.

That race weekend saw him being hosted by Kombat Motorsport in the paddock, something that sparked their cooperation for 2026.

“I was impressed by the team’s professionalism, and they were impressed by my performance on the track. It was a fortunate coincidence, and I am delighted it led to a deal for the new season,” said Citera.

Citera is going to race alongside already confirmed driver and team owner Michele Imberti.
