Matteo Poloni continues in TCR Italy with title ambitions

Matteo Poloni will continue racing in TCR Italy and is aiming for the 2026 title as he continues to race an Audi RS 3 LMS with his own team Gear Works.

“We have improved consistently as a team,” said Poloni.

“We have gained a lot of experience and so our goal is to be fighting for the title.”

The Italian driver finished fifth overall last year with one win and three podiums.

The team has bought a second Audi for the upcoming season which it is currently in search of a driver for.

“We are well structured and capable to expand our line-up with a second car,” said Poloni.
