Geely Cyan Racing confirms four drivers for 2026 FIA TCR World Tour

Geely Cyan Racing has confirmed its line-up for the 2026 FIA TCR World Tour season, retaining Yann Ehrlacher, Thed Björk, Santiago Urrutia and Ma Qing Hua.

“Our partnership with Geely Group has redefined what is possible in touring car racing over the past decade,” said Christian Dahl, owner of Cyan Racing.

“We have a history with two regulations, three brands and eleven world titles so far. The new Preface TCR is the most ambitious car we have developed together, and we are determined to continue our winning tradition on the world stage.”

The quartet will drive the all-new Geely Preface TCR which is currently undergoing pre-season testing with Cyan Racing at Mantorp Park in Sweden.

“Preface represents the next generation of Geely Auto design, engineering and performance,” said Victor Yang, Senior Vice President Brand Communication at Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

“Bringing this model into international touring car racing reflects our confidence in the product and our long-term commitment to motorsport and the FIA TCR World Tour as a platform to strengthen our brand among global consumers.”

Last year saw Cyan Racing claiming the drivers’ and teams’ titles of the FIA TCR World Tour with the Lynk & Co 03 TCR which the Swedish team has raced since 2019.

“We know what it takes to win in this championship,” said Fredrik Wahlén, team manager and CEO of Cyan Racing.

“With four cars, four world-class drivers and a car developed from a strong road-going foundation, we are fully focused on delivering results from the very first race season.”

2026 marks Björk’s 15th season with Cyan Racing, Ehrlacher’s eighth season, Urrutia’s seventh and Ma’s fifth.

“We have a strong legacy to defend, but also a new challenge ahead. The Preface TCR looks very promising, and I’m excited to get the season underway,” said reigning champion Ehrlacher.

“It’s incredibly motivating to start a new chapter with a brand-new car. We’ve built something special with this team over the years, and I’m ready to fight for more titles with the Preface TCR,” said Björk.

The Geely Cyan Racing quartet makes it a total of six full-season entered drivers so far for the 2026 FIA TCR World Tour which starts next weekend at Misano in Italy.
