Niklas Mackshin to drive for Team Engstler at Oschersleben

Niklas Mackshin is going to drive for Team Engstler in the TCR International Series race weekend at Oschersleben.

The 21-year-old from Germany will drive one of the team’s two Volkswagen Golfs alongside regular driver Davit Kajaia.

Mackshin has claimed two German titles in the form of the 2013 ADAC Chevrolet Cruze Cup and the 2014 DMV BMW Challenge, as well as the Super 1600 class title of the 2015 FIA European Touring car Cup.

The German is currently leading the S1600 class of the 2016 FIA European Touring Car Cup, driving a Ford Fiesta.

The TCR races at Oschersleben are held this weekend.
