Davit Kajaia to start from the back of the grid after engine change

Davit Kajaia will have to start the first race from the back of the grid.

The GE-Force driver needed to change his engine, which automatically triggers a grid penalty. The Alfa Romeo driver had damaged his oil tank over a kerb in Bahrain, and his technical struggles seem to continue.

M1RA’s Roberto Colciago had the turbo of his Honda Civic TCR changed, but that does not award any penalties according to the TCR Sporting Rules.
