Jan Nilsson will drive a BMW

Previous Volvo-man Janne “Flash” Nilsson has confirmed that he will drive a BMW this year. The BMW will be run by the same team that runs Carl Rosenblad´s BMW in the WTCC, Elgh Motorsport. The car that Janne will drive is the one that Rosenblad drove in the ETCC last year.

No official decision is yet made on where Janne will drive, in the STCC or WTCC. “It isn´t done yet. Just as everyone else I am working on my budget, so we will see. I would like to drive a couple of races outside Sweden, I love the Macau streetrace,” Janne said. It looks like he will drive the STCC mainly with a couple of races in the WTCC along side Rosenblad.
