Karlsson to drive Chevrolet

Chevrolet will extend their racing programme to Sweden for 2007. Recently they announced their participation of the Danish Touring Car Championship – now the Swedish Touring Car Championship will get one car. Nicklas Karlsson has signed a two year deal with Chevrolet and will drive one Chevrolet Lacetti with his new team.

“2007 will be a development year where we will drive at least six STCC-races. 2008 will be a full season. We know that Chevrolet has built a very competitive car in WTCC and we will buy car and technical support from Ray Mallock Limited,” Karlsson said.
