Fredrik Ekblom back to WCR?

According to our information multiple STCC-champion Fredrik Ekblom is on the way back to West Coast Racing. Ekblom would partner up with Robin Rudholm as Duncan Huisman leaves the team.
Last time Ekblom drove for WCR was in 1999 when he finished second in the championship, the year before he took the STCC-title for WCR.

The team is aiming to buy two new BMW 320si E90 for the coming season. The E46-model is getting outdated and is not an alternative for the team.

“It is not an option to continue with the old car. We must have the new car to be able to fight for the championship. All development by BMW is for the new car and it is getting better and better,” Rudholm said after the season end.
