Volvo to introduce 2008 programme

Volvo Motorsport and Polestar will introduce their 2008 programme on Thursday. According to our information a three year deal for STCC and possibly some WTCC races will be introduced. Robert Dahlgren will most likely continue behind the wheel while the second driver is unclear.

The new Volvo C30 will be used with the same bio-ethanol 5-cylinder engine that is being used in the S60 today. A prototype is reported to be ready that Volvo and Polestar have used for evaluation.
