Third Renault headed to Australia and GRM

Garry Rogers Motorsport has bought a third Renault Megane RS TCR for the current TCR Australia series season.

The team has stated that it might be run as soon as the Sandown round on September 20-22nd but that the final plans are not yet locked in.

“We have ordered another one, we have got a third one coming,” said team manager Barry Rogers to Speedcafe.com.

“We should have it, maybe for Sandown, but certainly for the last round at The Bend. Whether we will run it or not, we are not sure, but we have ordered and it is three weeks away from being finished.”

Renault Australia announced an extended cooperation with the team ahead of the previous round at Queensland Raceway, with driver James Moffat running a Renault Sport Megane R.S. livery on his car.
