Sydney Motorsport Park night race completes TCR World Tour and TCR Australia calendars

Sydney Motorsport Park will host the second Australian round of the inaugural TCR World Tour season and the penultimate TCR Australia round on November 3-5, completing both calendars.

“It’s terrific to confirm that both Sydney Motorsport Park and the iconic Mount Panorama will host back-to-back rounds of TCR Australia/Kumho TCR World Tour in November,” said Eugene Arocca, Motorsport Australia CEO.

“The opportunity to see more international level motorsport on two of our most iconic circuits is certainly an exciting prospect. This is certainly a boost for TCR in Australia and will also be an economic boost for NSW, with many competitors, officials and fans expected to attend each event.”

The race, which will be held during the evening under floodlights, will be the first of three intense back-to-back TCR World Tour races, with Bathurst and Macau the following two weekends.
