CUPRA Sweden – PWR reveals 2024 livery

The CUPRA Sweden – PWR team has revealed the livery of the CUPRA Born cars that it will run in the 2024 STCC season.

The team will field cars for Robert Dahlgren, Axel Bengtsson and a third driver still to be confirmed, and has now taken the delivery of the cars as preparations are ramped up for the opening event for the season under electric power.

“We are happy to be able to present our CUPRA Born ahead of the upcoming historic season where we continue to work resolutely towards creating a sustainable and entertaining future for motorsport,” Marcus Ekström, team manager for CUPRA Sweden – PWR, said.

Key partners for the team for the programme include Skellefteå Kraft and CUPRA Sweden, which has been part of the development of the new electric regulations since the start.

“We are incredibly happy to be part of the historic premiere of the all-electric STCC in Gothenburg,” Per Brinkenberg, Brand Manager for CUPRA Sweden, said. “Presenting our bestseller, CUPRA Born, in this championship is a milestone for us. Electric racing in an urban environment is the future, where we combine passion, environmental concern and adrenaline-filled racing.

“We look forward to an exciting and intense season with many podium finishes and shared joy and success with our partners. This is just the beginning of our journey towards a more sustainable and exciting motorsport world.”
