Anton Marklund completes CUPRA Sweden – PWR line-up

Rallycross champion Anton Marklund completes CUPRA Sweden – PWR’s three-car line-up for the 2024 Scandinavian Touring Car Championship season.

“For me, racing is not just a sport, it’s a lifestyle. It will be great to make my STCC debut together with CUPRA Sweden – PWR in this historic shift to electric race cars,” said Marklund.

“I have a lot to learn, but the concept is completely new to everyone in the pits and it feels extremely inspiring to race for the champion team where I hope we can get good results together.”

The Swede joins already confirmed drivers Robert Dahlgren and Axel Bengtsson in the three electric Cupra Borns of the Swedish outfit.

Marklund will drive his first test with the team tomorrow at Mantorp Park along with the rest of the STCC field.
