Léonardo Reis to complete season with W2 Pro GP

Léonardo Reis will compete in the remaining four events of the TCR South America season after inking a deal to join W2 Pro GP.

The 21-year-old Brazilian will line up alongside namesake Raphael Reis at the wheel of a Cupra Leon VZ on what will be his first experience of TCR machinery.

Although new to the car, Reis has worked with the team in the Brazilian Stock Light series, where he currently sits second in the standings with four podium results.

“This is a dream that comes true,” he said. “I’m delighted to race in a category that may open a door to an international career.

“My first goal is to get used to the car even before my debut.”
