Ernani Kuhn joins Cuiabá grid with G Racing Motorsport

Ernani Kuhn is going to make his TCR South America debut in this weekend’s races at the new Cuiabá circuit in Brazil.

“I couldn’t miss this moment. I’m the only driver from Cuiabá competing in a Vicar-promoted category, and fortunately, I managed to secure this spot to race at home. I’m sure it will be special,” said Kuhn.

“I live near the racetrack, and every day I would go out to train on foot or by bike, passing by to watch the construction. Having a track practically at home is fantastic.”

The Brazilian driver, who is the current Turismo Nacional champion, is going to race a Cupra for G Racing Motorsport.

TCR South America will host its penultimate round of 2025 this weekend at newly constructed Cuiabá circuit.
