FPR new paint schemes ready for 2011 assault
Ford Performance Racing have unveiled their new paint schemes in the last few weeks for the 2011 season, which starts in just over a month.
Mark Winterbottom, who finished third in the championship last year, will be looking to lift that all important first title for FPR in 2011. The team has confirmed a two year extension with Brisbane based steel distributor & manufacturer Orrcon, which has backed ‘Frosty’ through his V8 Supercars career.
The team’s second car will see a new change in title sponsor with Australian telecommunications company Telstra putting its Trading Post brand on the car, moving across from Brad Jones Racing. The car’s livery was unveiled at the final round of the 2010 championship at Sydney’s Olympic Park.
The team has yet to confirm that HRT refugee Will Davison will be driving the No.6 car in 2011.
