Ma Qing Hua penalised for contact with Rodrigo Rejón

Ma Qing Hua has been handed a penalty for contact with TCR Mexico front runner Rodrigo Rejón in the second FIA TCR World Tour race of the weekend in Mexico City.

The two made contact in the first part of the race and the stewards handed the Chinese driver a five-second penalty which drops him from fourth to sixth place.

The penalty elevates Lynk & Co Cyan Racing team-mates Thed Björk and Santiago Urrutia to fourth and fifth place respectively.

Ma will start the third and final race of the weekend from sixth position on the grid.
