The TCR World Ranking Final was announced in 2023, with the first event planned for Portimao in March of 2024. But the event was called off to “avoid an excess of annual touring car competitions in 2024”.
The event was rescheduled for “the last third of the year” in 2024, but was called off in November to “not to be in clash with the FIA Motorsport Games”.
