Rick Kerry confirms TCR UK return for 2026

Rick Kerry will return to TCR UK with EDF Motorsports for the 2026 season following a one-off appearance in the season finale last year.

“I’m really excited to be continuing in TCR UK with EDF Motorsports for 2026,” said Kerry.

The former BTCC driver will race the same Hyundai i30 N TCR that he took to a seventh-place finish in the Brands Hatch finale.

“I had a great first run in the Hyundai i30 at the final round last year, coming home seventh, and straight away it felt like a car that can genuinely compete for podiums,” said Kerry.

“I’ve raced across a lot of different championships over the years, but the level in TCR UK is incredibly strong, and having a package like this gives us a real opportunity. If we can be fighting at the front and maybe even nick a win along the way, that would be fantastic.”

Kerry won the 2024 Gen1 Cup before moving to racing a BTC-spec Peugeot 406 Coupe in the 2025 CTCRC Super Tourer Series.
