SEAT Sport delivers 100th León Cup Racer

SEAT Sport have delivered their 100th León Cup Racer, which represents the basis of the TCR rules, in Abrera, Spain. The Spanish manufacturer performed a short ceremony with Dr. Matthias Rabe, SEAT’s Executive Vice-President for Research and Development, and Jaime Puig, Director of SEAT Sport.

The car has been bought by Markus and Andreas Gummerer, the twins which run the Target Competition team which competes in TCR and the SEAT Eurocup, now in the lead of the TCR International Series with Stefano Comini.

The car was launched only fourteen months ago, and the delivery of the 100th car testifies the success of the León Cup Racer, which can not only be used in the TCR framework, but also in the SEAT Eurocup, and also makes up the current top tier of the FIA European Touring Car Cup.
