Richard Göransson back on top in second test in Knutstorp season finale

Championship leader Richard Göransson managed to bounce back in the second test session of the STCC season finale at Knutstorp following his clutch failure in the first test when team-mate and title rival Robert Dahlgren was fastest.

Dahlgren only managed fourth fastest in this session, three tenths of a second behind his team-mate.

SEAT driver Johan Kristoffersson was second fastest, 0.113 from the top, with bronze medal rival Björn Wirdheim in third position.

Dacia Dealer Team’s Mattias Andersson was the final driver into the top five, while Flash Engineering driver Linus Ohlsson was a mere 0.087 seconds behind him.

STCC newcomer and PWR Racing driver Philip Morin failed to set a lap time during the session due to a technical issue.

Next up is the final qualifying session of 2016, starting at 15:15 CET.
