TKR will race at Barbagallo

Contrary to statements made by a small group of media from within the motorsport arena, Team Kiwi Racing is in Perth, Western Australia preparing for this weekend’s round of the V8 Supercar Championship.
The owner of Team Kiwi Racing David John said that this includes the team’s All Black V8 Supercar, driver Kayne Scott and all other TKR staff who flew to Perth on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

The fact that TKR are already in Perth along with their car and equipment confirms that the comments reported in some elements of the motorsport media – including that the car and equipment had been impounded and would not be competing in Perth – were false and malicious.

None of the media who were responsible for these false accusations had contacted Team Kiwi Racing.

Mr John said that Team Kiwi Racing will be competing at every round of the V8 Supercar Championship for the rest of this year.
