Wittmer takes first win of the year at Mosport

Last years champion Nick Wittmer has won the first race at the Vortex Brake Pads 200 at Mosport, beating pole sitter Matthieu Audette.

Wittmer moved up from third at the start to sit behind the Acura RSX of Audette for half the race, before passing the driver from Ste-Anne-des-lacs, and building up a comfortable 23 second lead before the end of the race.

Gary Kwok rounded off the podium in the Super Touring class, finishing third in his M&S Racing Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.

PJ Groenke finished top of the Touring class, and tenth overall in his Octane Motorsport Mini Cooper.
