Volvo claim pole for race two at Spa

Vincent Radermecker has claimed pole position for the second race at Spa-Francorchamps for Volvo S60 Racing, ahead of Frédéric Bouvy’s Renault and Tom Ferrier’s Kia.

The Volvo, which was dominant last time out at Spa claiming both wins, took pole ahead of championship rival Frédéric Bouvy.

Bouvy still leads the championship by 23 points, but it’s not insurmountable for the Volvo team to catch-up if they can score strongly at Spa, and at the season finale at Zolder.

Kia’s were 3rd, 4th and 5th with times set by Tom Ferrier, Kris Wauters & Philippe Steveny respectively.
