Fabian Coulthard to join BJR for 2012

Brad Jones Racing has signed Fabian Coulthard for 2012, joining Jason Bright with the third driver yet to be decided.
“I’m very happy with the decision. The deal’s only been signed a couple of days. It’s been a whirlwind process but now I can start thinking about the future,” said Coulthard.

Coulthard is currently 10th in this year’s V8 Supercars for Walkinshaw Performance.
“What’s happened over the last few months [at Walkinshaw Performance] has been purely a commercial process and it’s nice to be able to move on; I’m happy to still be racing,” said Coulthard.

Coulthard, 29 years old from New Zealand, has been in the V8 Supercars since 2004.
“I’ve got a lot of unfinished business. I want to win races and, teaming up with Brighty, I think we’ll make a pretty strong combination and bounce ideas off each other,” said Coulthard.
