Ford Performance Racing secures Pepsi as title sponsor

Ford Performance Racing has secured deal with Pepsi for the sole naming-rights of the team over the coming three years.
“It is with great pleasure we announce a three-year partnership with PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand which will see Ford’s two primary factory cars race under the Pepsi Max banner,” said FPR Team Principal Tim Edwards.

The Ford Falcons of Mark Winterbottom and Will Davison will carry the Pepsi logo under the team name Pepsi Max Crew FPR Ford.
“Joining the V8 Supercars has been a huge success for Pepsi Max and we’re thrilled to now be teaming up with Ford Performance Racing for the next three years. We’ve always talked about our commitment to motorsport in Australia and this new deal is further justification of that. We are looking forward to a very strong year in 2013 and beyond!” said PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand Marketing Director Kim McConnie.

The new design will be launched on the 7th of February in Melbourne, with the 2013 season starting on the 3rd of March at Adelaide Street Circuit.
