Garry Rogers Motorsport completes first Volvo S60 test

Garry Rogers Motorsport has completed a first test with the V8 Supercar Volvo S60.
“It went well – it was nothing flash, but nothing fell off so it appears to be ok. It was very windy for the initial test,” said Rogers to the official championship site.

The test was held at the Royal Australian Air Force base in East Sale and the main purpose was aerodynamic evaluation.

Greg Ritter drove the car which was painted in white and had the end-mounted rear wing, just as Ford, Holden and Mercedes.

Scott McLaughlin is the so far only confirmed driver for the team, which will be named Volvo Polestar Racing next year, while the second driver is expected to be announced sometime early next year.
