Balance of Performance for Valencia announced

The Balance of Performance for Valencia has been announced, after the officials took a look at the results of the Friday test day held today at the Ricardo Tormo circuit.

Opel Astra OPCs will be 35 kilos lighter, in order to bring the newly-built machines up to speed with the competitors. On the other hand, Honda are the only ones who will not benefit from a reduction of the ride height.

Every car will be allowed to be 10 millimetres lower than before, except for the Civic TCR, which will stay at 80mm.

The top Honda driver and championship leader Gianni Morbidelli will also be 30 kilos heavier due to the successful weekend in Shanghai, as per success ballast rules.
