Stefano Comini worried about high temperatures
After a troubled summer, Stefano Comini was finally back behind the wheel of his Target Competition SEAT León. The Swiss is trying to get to grips with the track, which is tricky to get on top of in his opinion.
“It’s a very difficult track, also because it is cambered, so quite tricky,” admitted Comini.
However, the high temperatures seem to be the biggest concern, as the high engine temperatures prevent the unit from expressing its maximum power output: £We have a serious issue with engine temperatures in the SEAT cars, when you are behind another car, you are immediately at 125 C° and you lose one second a lap.”
Comini is second in the championship, two points shy of SEAT stable-mate Pepe Oriola.
