Kevin Gleason happy with opportunistic win

Kevin Gleason made the most out of an electrical problem Stefano Comini suffered from. The American was able to pass the championship leader with three laps to go and defended the position until the end of the race.

“It’s a great feeling,” said the WestCoast Racing driver. “Problems happen in motorsport, but I think we had the merit of being there to take position once the opportunity came, so I am really happy.”

Gleason took his second win of the year after taking the honours in Salzburg.
